Case study from a small, bespoke and luxury property development in Cornwall.One of several projects for Nordic Spaces, it immediately became clear that this exceptional project warranted an expansive set of images.
Occupying a sensational position nestled in the dunes, this superb new development of detached contemporary homes, currently under construction, has been carefully designed to complement the coastal location, with an external combination of metallic, stone and timber finishes, with the majority of rooms providing the wonderful outlook and views of stunning sunsets.
The developer had a very clear aesthetic in mind, but had not yet completed a fully fleshed out interior design scheme. By closely collaborating with designer Raila Langhelle, we were able to develop an interior design scheme through mood boards, sample CGI vignettes, and bespoke kitchen layouts for each property.
To further expand the marketing materials, we recreated several of the images at different times of day to showcase the lifestyle potential - including a relaxed early morning image for the bedroom and an evening entertaining guests in the kitchen and balcony.
