Working closely with the developer Peter David Homes, I was commisioned to produce a set of CGI artworks for all properties - along with additional images including a 3D siteplan and other views across the site.
As the project progressed, various material/colour options were produced to help inform the design process - right up to the point of breaking ground on the site.
